Watersmeet sits high above the Gannel Estuary, on the Pentire Headland. This quiet area of Newquay boasts beautiful views, provides a full range of activities ranging from canoeing, horse riding, bird watching, fishing, stunning walks and easy access to Fistral and Crantock beaches. The views over the Gannel Estuary from Watersmeet greet you from most rooms and the enclosed terraced garden. This detached sunny house offers a feeling of space as the separate kitchen/breakfast-room extends into the light sitting-room, which provides an elevated position to admire the garden and the Gannel beyond. Cooks will be delighted with the Aga and the well-equipped kitchen, and for those returning from the beaches, the wet-room will be very useful. Upstairs three bedrooms overlook the pretty and very sunny garden. Approached by a narrow unmarked lane, Watersmeet provides the ideal destination to forget the car for the duration of your holiday, as the beaches and facilities of Newquay are all within walking distance.
