Description

How you will love this house! Set in a sunny spot on the road between Crantock and West Pentire, Trevose has been finished to an exacting standard, providing very spacious detached accommodation. The large oak-floored sitting-room, which has a flat screen television, opens onto the pretty front garden and also leads into the dining-room, whilst the well-equipped kitchen looks over the enclosed back garden and deck. A wide hall leads to a spacious downstairs bedroom with an en suite shower-room, and upstairs are an enormous en suite master bedroom, two twin rooms and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath to help recover from a blast in the surf! Crantock beach, the village shop and two local pubs are within walking distance, or a longer hike could take you to Polly Joke beach, Holywell Bay or across the Gannel river into Newquay. Golf courses, beautiful gardens, historic houses and excellent restaurants abound in the area and the rest of Cornwall is easy to reach. However, we suspect that you will be reluctant to stray far from Trevose, a light-filled home-from-home to which you will rush to return.
