Penwell is a delight! Set in the village of Marhamchurch, complete with a church and a pub within 100 yards, this spacious detached bungalow provides light and contemporary accommodation coupled with attention to detail. With ample parking, Penwell boasts a level enclosed garden to the rear, which looks out over fields towards Widemouth Bay and the horizon beyond; here the grown-ups can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, whilst letting the children play. This glorious view is enjoyed from the sitting-room and dining-room, and will form the backdrop to your whole holiday. The two main bedrooms are large with one en suite, the kitchen is well-equipped and there is a separate utility-room down a step, ideal for wetsuits and fishing nets. Close by you may enjoy surfing, hiking or perhaps a walk along the canal to Bude, home to shops, restaurants, no less than three beaches and a jazz festival! However you spend your holiday, Penwell will provide a warm retreat at any time of the year.
