Only 20 minutes’ drive from the coast at Looe, this pretty cottage is full of character and beautifully furnished, and the location is wonderful – providing peace and tranquility, yet handy for all Cornwall has to offer. The beautiful oak flooring throughout the open plan living-room offsets the deep gold sofas and cream units of the kitchen-area perfectly. Four steps lead down to the charming bedrooms. There is a spacious double with a cast iron and brass bed and its own en suite shower-room. This room also has carpeted stairs leading up to a very attractive galleried single bedroom above. The twin room is across the hall with the family bathroom. The Owners, who live across the lane, are on hand for any information about the area. They also keep chickens and ducks on their eight acres. Steps lead up from the patio-area to the raised enclosed garden, which catches the sun for most of the day. This is a lovely cottage, ideal for a family or group of friends. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
