Handsome Perran’s Barn, approached on an ancient tinners’ way and adjacent to the St Just World Heritage Site, stands in the grounds of the Owner’s 17th Century farm providing a perfect rural retreat. An ideal base for exploring the Penwith peninsula with its stunning coastal scenery (bikes available), the property is accessed through the garden. The spacious, reversed level accommodation overlooks Sancreed Beacon, and is near the Iron Age village and fogou at Carn Euny. The spacious bedroom and modern bathroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs is the open plan beamed living-room with solid oak kitchen, unique dining-table, wooden floors and two comfortable leather sofas flanking the roaring wood-burner, set against exposed granite. The property has a private water supply (tested regularly). *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
