Lower Treslea Farm

Lower Treslea Farm is in a truly rural spot, with only the Owners up the lane and the two adjoining cottages, both of which have their own patio. They also share an enclosed garden and are quite private. It feels as if life has slowed down to a time gone by, yet both the north and south coasts are within easy reach. Why not spend a day on the surfing beach of Polzeath, or to the south, the lovely town of Fowey is just a short drive. The Owners keep chickens and horses, and guests are welcome to walk their seven acres (take care around livestock) or perhaps enjoy a woodland walk in nearby Cardinham Woods. Both cottages are centrally heated and very comfortable, making them just right for a special holiday whatever the season. The properties have a private water supply (tested regularly).

Description

Bracken Cottage, the larger cottage, has a slate floor throughout the ground floor with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a ground floor shower-room, a separate dining-room with the windows taking advantage of the views, and double doors into the sitting-room. With leather sofas, soft cream walls and a warming multi-burner, this room is delightful. Upstairs is charming with three pretty bedrooms and a bathroom. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.

Ground Floor Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining-room. Sitting-room with TV, DVD player, CD player and multi-burner.
