Discover Cornwall at its most tranquil and unspoilt by staying in lovely Trewolland Barn, down a country lane with the Owners’ house and attached studio as neighbours. Enjoy the sheltered, private garden and unwind in an atmosphere far removed from city bustle. There are fine walks close by, including along the River Lynher below the Iron Age hill fort at Cadsonbury, and by the River Tamar at Cotehele, one of the loveliest National Trust properties in the south west. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also within easy reach. Inside the barn are slate floors, comfortable furniture and a cosy cast iron stove. The well-equipped kitchen leads out onto the secluded patio and enclosed garden where there is a barbecue and patio furniture. A spiral staircase (please take care with toddlers and the elderly) leads to the pretty bedroom and bathroom. The Owners are keen to help you enjoy your holiday and can provide meals (with 24 hours’ notice).
