Inside, the sitting-room has a cosy open fire, steps through an archway into the dining-room, and French doors leading to the sunny deck – where the views to the sea are best. The bright, well-equipped kitchen has a separate utility-room, ideal after beach visits. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room, the second double and the single bedrooms sharing the bathroom and separate cloakroom. The enclosed rear garden is accessed by steps down from the deck, the perfect spot to relax and admire the view. To the front, the garage and short sloping driveway provide convenient parking for two cars. A nearby footpath leads to Polurrian Cove and the coastal path, Mullion Golf Club is just a short drive away, and the rest of the spectacular scenery the Lizard peninsula has to offer is within easy driving distance.
