Only a few minutes’ drive from both north and south coasts and their fabulous long sandy beaches, Penberthy Barn is tucked away at the end of a quiet farm drive surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside. Sharing this idyllic, peaceful setting is Orchard Barn (1520), which also shares the hard surface tennis court. At the top of the gravelled courtyard, where ducks and chickens roam around the central pond (please take care with children), detached Penberthy Barn is accessed by a small flight of exterior stone steps. The front door opens directly into the spacious first floor living-room, where the kitchen is at one end and comfortable sofas face the welcoming wood-burner at the other. Stairs lead down to two pretty bedrooms, the double en suite and the twin with a separate shower-room. Outside, the large lawn is ideal for children to run around and play; but the best treat for everyone is the fabulous hot tub – perfect for relaxing in the open air after each day’s exhausting holiday adventures! Please note this property has a private water supply (regularly tested).
