Ocean Fairway is an end of terrace house enjoying superb views over Roserrow golf course to the sea. This sunny and bright house has a spacious open plan living-room leading to the sun-room and the enclosed gardens. The beech kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a shower-room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with particularly good views, one en suite, a twin room again with good views, and a bathroom. Ideal for discovering this stunning area of north Cornwall, Ocean Fairway provides the perfect retreat after a day exploring. The coastal walks are phenomenal and the cowrie shell hunting becomes addictive! Polzeath is renowned for its surfing and the laid back lifestyle, the shops are great and there are many restaurants to enjoy locally. With Padstow an easy drive away, the Camel Trail to cycle and stunning beaches to explore, Ocean Fairway will delight all. Please note that none of the facilities at the adjacent Roserrow Golf and Country Club are inclusive when staying at Ocean Fairway, and entry prices are excluded from the property rental prices.
