Hidden away down a lane, Cliff House is just one house up from the sea. Restricted traffic ensures peace and quiet at this semi-detached property, yet it lies in the heart of the popular small town of Marazion with numerous galleries, restaurants and shops. The perfect seaside retreat, its secure lockable store is ideal for stowing surfboards, bikes or windsurfing gear. Leather sofas in the sitting-area flank the open fire and offer an ideal place to relax after a day on the beach – which is practically on your doorstep! All three bedrooms boast sea views, two overlooking ‘the Mount’ (see photograph). The spacious kitchen/breakfast-room leads to the large enclosed garden, a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine. With many interesting places to visit nearby, Cliff House is the perfect year-round base for exploring this stunning part of Cornwall – or simply forget the car altogether, and just indulge in everything this charming seaside town has to offer! Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
