Lea Hill is a peaceful country estate in the beautiful Membury Valley reached down a network of narrow country lanes. There are eight acres of grounds to explore in addition to the cottages’ own dedicated gardens. With unspoilt countryside views, a village within walking distance, and a hot tub in a secluded corner (shared with other guests on site) this is the perfect retreat. The Jurassic Coast is nearby with its chain of attractive east Devon fishing villages such as Beer and Branscombe, and just over the border in Dorset, the famous Cobb Harbour at Lyme Regis and the dramatic cliffs and coastal paths of Golden Cap.

The dining-area has a lovely natural stone wall. The door leads straight out onto the garden.This cottage is exceptionally spacious. This is the dining-area with additional sitting-area beyond, there is a separate living-room as well.The approach towards Nuthatch Cottage.
 
This is a welcoming and spacious room.The large sitting-room has views down the valley.The kitchen is between the sitting-room and the dining-room.
 
The master bedroom, Bedroom 1, has lovely countryside views and is a really good size.There are welcoming touches throughout the cottage.This is the en suite for the master bedroom, also accessed from the landing.

Nuthatch Cottage is a deceptively spacious, semi-detached cottage overlooking its own garden with views across the grounds and down the valley in this unspoilt and tranquil setting. Furnished in a comfortable traditional style, with a good-sized sitting-room and separate dining-room to balance the compact but very well-equipped kitchen, this pretty cottage also offers a bathroom for each bedroom. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
