Lea Hill is a tranquil eight acre country estate in the beautiful Membury Valley, within easy reach of the coast at Lyme Regis and Seaton. A perfect base for touring, you can explore the Axe estuary on the narrow-gauge tramway, visit the antique shops and galleries in the nearby towns of Colyton and Honiton, or simply relax in the gardens to enjoy the wonderful countryside. Hidden away among narrow lanes, there are many delightful walks and the cottages each have private, sheltered gardens. The Owners offer Bed and Breakfast in the main house by prior arrangement (out-of-season) and use of their hot tub (shared with their other guests on site).

Woodpecker Cottage is semi-detached and has an open plan, beamed living-room with quarry tile floors and a stone fireplace, cosy with a wood-burner effect electric stove, a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen-area is cleverly planned, complete with dishwasher. Upstairs, the pretty double bedroom has a sloping ceiling (tall people take care). There is a small garden and patio.

Ground Floor Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. Digital TV, DVD player, CD player and wood-burner effect electric stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
