Description

With a wonderful sandy beach just outside the gated entrance, Maenporth Estate is a beautifully landscaped development of contemporary holiday cottages. An indoor swimming pool, spa, pool table and table-tennis table, sauna, excellent tennis courts and children’s play-area are all available for guests’ use, making this the ideal location for family holidays. The houses are grouped together throughout the 29 acres, sharing landscaped communal gardens and all having their own patios. Connemara is a semi-detached cottage with a spacious sitting/dining-room and fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor, together with a shower-room. Upstairs, the large double bedroom is separated from the twin bedroom by the family bathroom. Situated on the outskirts of the sailing town of Falmouth, Maenporth is only a few miles from the glorious gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan in the Helford valley, and within easy driving distance of the pretty Cathedral City of Truro, the beaches at the Lizard and the lovely Roseland peninsula.
