This lovely old farmhouse stands in the rural heart of the Lizard peninsula, not far from the beautiful Helford River, a short drive from Kennack Sands’ child-friendly beach, and a mile from the recently refurbished village pub. Extremely spacious yet warmly welcoming, the accommodation includes a comfortable sitting-room with a cosy wood-burner and a large dining-room, featuring a huge inglenook fireplace, leading through to an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom are downstairs, and upstairs are three more beautifully furnished bedrooms, two en suite. Immaculately presented, Tretharrup offers everything a family or group of friends could possibly need for a truly memorable holiday, with plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. The enormous garden includes an area of lawn, an indoor games-room and a patio barbecue-area near the front door. Guests need hardly be aware of the farm itself as the garden is unexpectedly private, but the welcoming Owners, who live in a separate self-contained part of the house, are always delighted to show guests around. Please note, the second cot is a travel cot.
