Ideal for walkers, there is a footpath with wonderful views to the Exe Valley Way, and Exmoor is also close by. Fishing and watersports are available at Wimbleball Lake; nearby Dulverton and Bampton have a fine range of shops, restaurants and pubs, and the north coast is easily accessible by car. All this, and only half an hour from the motorway!
