Built at the water’s edge on the Hayle estuary, Quayside is a detached house enjoying wonderful views of the area’s justly renowned birdlife from all principal rooms. The property was originally intended for the Owners, who live next door at Griggs Quay House (70). One corner of the property is run by the Owners as a tea-room serving light refreshments, although not open every day. Quayside is completely self-contained and is entered through an attractive sheltered sunken garden, a wonderful spot by the water for that warm summer evening barbecue. There are many golden beaches within easy reach as well as the coastal footpath to explore.
