Description

Boscolla is a well-kept secret – a small hamlet set in completely unspoilt countryside but with excellent access to both the north and south coasts. Within easy reach of a fine choice of sandy beaches, the cottage is close to the Cathedral City of Truro, several golf courses, the sailing centre of Falmouth and numerous gardens. The detached cottage has an enclosed garden and guests are welcome to use the five acre field belonging to the Owners, who live opposite and offer farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. The spacious open plan living area has WiFi provision and is separated from a very well-equipped kitchen by a dining-area with a pine table and chairs. A wood-burner effect electric stove adds a cosy focal point to the sitting-area which has comfortable beige upholstery and French windows leading onto the lawn. There is a twin bedroom downstairs with a bathroom next door, as well as a shower-room upstairs (stair-gate provided) across the landing from the double bedroom, prettily decorated with co-ordinating linen and curtains.
