We have had a wonderful week staying in Kerenza, and we can vouch for its air tightness (a key aspect of passive house) as it was severely tested by Storm Agnes! Great location with both north and south coasts within easy reach. Friendly and welcoming hosts, available if needed but otherwise leaving us to our own devices. Kerenza is a very beautiful place to stay which seems to have such a relaxing feel that's built into this exceptionally clever design. It is well positioned too for visiting the coast in whatever direction you choose. This has been an excellent first stay and we hope to be able to return soon, there is so much more to explore....
