Sunset cottage is a beautiful property in peaceful and stunning surroundings. Everything you could possibly need is present inside the cottage. The welcome basket of treats is a lovely touch and the fresh eggs just outside the door are super for breakfast. The chickens and ducks walking around are very cute. The Coast Bar and Restaurant in Cowes serves fantastic food. Freshwater Bay just down the road is lovely. A very enjoyable stay - I'm sure during the height of summer it is amazing and with the pool outside the door, you would not need to travel very far from the cottage. We had an amazing holiday. This property was beautiful, very welcoming and the pool and game’s room were perfect for our family. The collection of fresh eggs in the morning was one of the kids highlights. We would love to return one day.

We had an excellent holiday at Sunset Cottage. The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds were beautiful and tranquil, with plenty of space around the cottage. The swimming pool was large enough to do serious swimming or to just have fun. The games barn behind the pool was a great place to spend time on rainy days, playing table tennis and pool. Mark and Nicky were excellent hosts. We were in a good position to explore the island from. We would definitely recommend staying here....

We had a fantastic week at Sunset Cottage! The photos don't do the cottage and surrounding gardens justice, you could be in Italy or the South of France. It is so quiet and peaceful and the hosts are virtually silent but so friendly. The house is better stocked than anywhere we've been before and the welcome pack was fantastic after a long journey. Our 7 year old son loved the chickens and finding eggs for breakfast and very much enjoyed the pool although at 21 degrees it was a bit too cold for us adults! The games room was good fun and being right on the round the island cycle path is great too. Location wise our only gripe is the lack of a corner shop, it's a good 20 minute round trip to the nearest food shop although the White Mouse Inn is within walking distance. Cannot recommend highly enough! ...
