What a wonderful place and a lovely host - we had a great time at Coombe Cottage which is an easy drive from numerous fabulous beaches. Well stocked kitchen making it easy to self cater when we weren’t going out to eat. Welcoming and friendly and nothing too much trouble even in these times of COVID. Had some great sunset dinners out on the top picnic table. It’s not a fancy or high end cottage, but it’s well stocked and roomy enough for four and for a fortnight in peak season was excellent value for money. ...

We have stayed in many cottages booked through Classic Cottages and this has to be one of the best, if not the best. It is a really lovely cottage with a comforting feel, in a truly wonderful and peaceful location. Coombe Cottage is very highly recommended. Really enjoyed our stay....

The cottage is in a stunning location with fantastic views and extremely peaceful. Hosts Ruth and Adam are simply lovely and very accommodating with our curious girls giving them access to the various animals on the farm and answering the many questions asked. We were allowed to wander around as we pleased and we certainly took advantage of this. As a base the cottage was perfectly placed for the many day trips we had planned with everything within easy reach. We could not recommend the cottage enough and we are already planning our return visit....
