The open plan living-room has two lovely large windows, allowing the light to flood in and for you to admire the view.
The elevated view out across the old town of Boscastle lifts the heart.
The bedroom is light and airy. Access on one side of the bed is limited.

A beautiful little property, well appointed and spotlessly clean, with fantastic views over the village. The owners are very kind, helpful and keen to ensure that their guests have a lovely stay, but they are not at all intrusive. Our first stay at Littlecott and it lived up to expectations. Kate & Ian were very welcoming but unobtrusive. It’s a well equipped cottage with lovely views from both the decking area and the windows in the lounge. The parking space allows you to take a 5 min stroll down into Boscastle (10 mins + coming back up the hill). Would recommend staying here as we intend to do the same again....

Perfect place to stay, quiet location with great views. Property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, bed was very comfy, bathroom was a good size. The hosts were friendly and unobtrusive. Would highly recommend a stay at Littlecott
