If you were looking for cottages like The Crow’s Nest, how about trying these:

Perched high above Porlock Bay, looking out towards Hurlstone Point and surrounded by National Trust woodland and spectacular Exmoor landscapes, The Crow’s Nest bears constant witness to the ever-changing colours of the sea. With a shingle beach, pub and hotel a short walk down the hill, the picturesque village of Porlock nearby and the sandy beach at Minehead a short drive away, this charming, thatched, end of terrace cottage is a delight. Partially handrailed steps lead to the pretty little enclosed garden with its breathtaking views. Inside, huge stone fireplaces, exposed beams and uneven floors are subtly reminiscent of times long past, but every modern convenience is also provided including wireless broadband. The sitting-room has a welcoming wood-burner, and the window seat is the perfect vantage point for admiring the scenery. The well-equipped kitchen, finished in light ash units with wicker baskets and a quarry tiled floor, also overlooks the sea. Beyond the oak furnished dining-room with its ornamental inglenook, polished wooden stairs (please take care) lead to the bedrooms, all with equally magnificent sea views, the spacious master bedroom including a compact en suite shower. On the top floor there is a completely separate apartment with its own entrance to the rear occasionally used by the Owners, with which the parking-area, accessed by a short steep drive, is shared.
