April events in Cornwall

Whether you’re planning a long, lazy Easter weekend away from home or you’re packing up the whole family for the school holidays, there’s plenty to do over Easter in Cornwall. Don’t forget that the May Day Bank holiday weekend also falls in April this year so you could treat yourself to an extra break away.

Of course, the beaches of Cornwall are some of the best in the country but at the heart of Cornwall lies magical forests, dramatic moorland and calming lakes hidden between the hills. Take a walk on the wild side this April and visit somewhere different. From stomping along the trails of Bodmin Moor to windsurfing across the glassy surface of Stithians lake, there’s always a new place to discover in the county. April’s spring weather means more opportunities to get outside and explore.

If you find that you need a little extra for your holiday, take a look at our pick of events across Cornwall for April.

For ultimate luxury, bubble your troubles away outdoors under the blue spring skies with a holiday cottage with a hot tub, perfect for a bank holiday break with close friends.
