Three Lovely Loops No. 2 around Swanage and Corfe

There’s something deeply satisfying about not having to go back on your steps. It’s up to you how you tackle the following route and whether you go clockwise or anti-clockwise.

Swanage – Corfe – Swanage

— Wake up with a plunge off the Swanage pier.

— Drip dry leaning out of the window on the steam railway to Corfe Castle.

— Re-enact a scene from The Railway Children from the bridge.

— Grab brunch on the go at Clealls of Corfe (as spruced up by Mary Portas) the olives are gorgeous.

— Follow the footpath to Challow Hill (north of the station) and head east along the Purbeck Way with the sea ahead of you.

— Picnic anywhere along the ridge before an early evening dip, then hit the Old Brick Pizza Company.

Moors Valley Country Park

I cannot recommend Moors Valley Country Park highly enough, in fact I've already sent a number of friends and family along and hope to go back again myself soon.
