Known for its almost perfectly circular shape, Lulworth Cove is a must when visiting the Jurassic Coast. Water that evokes the Mediterranean more than the Channel and a sweeping pebble beach make for a beautiful escape – go out of season for a particularly peaceful visit.
Quite literally down the road is Durdle Door, another popular spot with awe-inspiring geology in the form of the eponymous door; a large, rocky arch perches over the water, making for some rather special photo opportunities.
