The Neyth

If you were looking for cottages like The Neyth, how about trying these:

A stunning property tucked in the hills with awe-inspiring views over the sea and Cornish countryside. Neyth means 'to nest' in the Cornish language which we believe is the perfect description for this haven. The fabulous view really has the 'wow' factor; as you come up the stairs the 180 degree view is revealed, and your stress and worries will just melt away.

This light and airy escape has everything you need for a restful break. The living area is on the first floor to really make the most of the amazing views. The owners' lovely horses live mostly out in the paddock, however they occasionally use the stables below. Watching the horses graze from the sofa is very relaxing and will be sure to entertain you, along with the stunning view of course!

The lovely open plan layout is very sociable, allowing you to make the most of your time together, with the light ever-changing from dawn to dusk. The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up a tasty treat to enjoy, either inside gathered round the large island or perhaps in the lovely garden below. No detail has gone amiss with a boiling water tap for an instant (and essential) cup of tea in the mornings, colourful Le Creuset dishes and plenty of wine glasses. The large sofa and armchair are perfect to snuggle on after a day exploring and perhaps sit back and relax while your loved one whips you up something tasty. If you want a break from the view there is a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included which is set on an adjustable arm so it can be watched at a comfortable height and stored out of the way at the side of the island.

The two bedrooms both have en suite shower-rooms and king-size beds - one bedroom can become two 2'6" beds which makes this property perfect for families, friends or a romantic getaway. The beds are nestled away in the eaves of the building for a cosy night's sleep, however please take care around the sloping ceilings.

The lovely garden is perfect for reclining with a G&T soaking up the rays on the garden furniture; there is a little Weber barbecue to use for those balmy summer evenings and perhaps even those mild winter days we have in Cornwall too.

The wonderful owners (and their two horses, dog and cat) share this beautiful site with you but be sure to note that your privacy is important to them. Your outdoor space is completely your own, overlooking the paddock and the far-reaching views of the countryside and sea beyond.
