Alive with activity and entertainment, with endless restaurants, cafes, welcoming pubs and cocktail bars, you will find yourself returning day after day. Not forgetting the award-winning Blue Flag Breakwater beach, which is just the ticket on a sunny day.
However, it would be foolish not to take full advantage of your ideally positioned location, as Dartmouth and Kingswear are only a few minutes away by car, both offering a magical experience. Dartmouth is a charming naval town, home to two of the most ideal and secluded coves, Castle Cove and the equally stunning Sugary Cove. These coves are the perfect place to treat yourself to an afternoon of relaxation, followed by a treat at Dartmouth Castle Tea Rooms before heading to your next attraction.
Returning to Stonewater Barn complements any day out. Enjoying the views from your raised decked area is a must. The splendid gardens, coupled with the idyllic stream which runs through the garden, make for the perfect spot to unwind and relax in.

The location of Brixham and all it has to offer is second to none. Bustling with activity and entertainment, award-winning beaches, an open seawater swimming pool, and numerous coastal walks and hot spots, including Berry Head nature reserve. You are spoilt for choice in this fishing town.
However, the fun doesn't end in Brixham. The neighbouring villages and towns offer a plethora of entertainment and attractions for every generation. Why not venture over to Torquay on the Western Lady ferry or take the 'Round Robin' trip of the bay, starting in Paignton, visiting Dartmouth and Totnes via steam train, river boat and bus - a fabulous way to enjoy these special places without having to worry about traffic, parking or anything bar relaxing and enjoying yourself.
If a day on the beach sounds more appealing, the extremely popular sandy beach of Broadsands is a short car journey away.
