This cottage offers a perfect Devon holiday. Early Tide is perfectly positioned when it comes to one of the best local pubs (300 yards from your front door) and you also have the benefit of a local convenience store, butchers and Post Office, so in truth you would never have to leave Noss Mayo and instead you can enjoy every second of this wonderful Devon village. Early Tide has been decorated throughout with a sympathetic nautical nod, pulled together with a contemporary beach house style, and your comfort has not been overlooked from the cosy sofas to the wonderful beds. The three tier terrace at the back of the property not only offers direct access to the estuary but also wonderful views down the estuary, where you can spot the herons, egrets, ducks and swans who are regular visitors, with the backdrop of the neighbouring village Newton Ferrers. The terraces provide the perfect spot to have a wonderful evening barbecue whilst enjoying the view of the estuary and the wonderful sunsets, with the added bonus of a WC in the outhouse so there's no need to worry about the children walking through the house or wrestling the wetsuit off after your morning paddle board session. The owner has thought of everything, from a Nespresso machine to picnic sets and binoculars for the kitchen window seat. The house is light and welcoming and as you walk down the step to the kitchen/diner from the sitting-room to the back of the house, the view of the estuary will make you stop in your tracks and you will know the holiday has started. From the sitting-room climb the eight steps to the master bedroom, which has wonderful estuary views that can be enjoyed from your bed as you enjoy your morning coffees. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and offers a bath and an electric shower, and is located next to the master bedroom. Climb up the last of the stairs to reach the twin room, which is positioned to the front of the house, with a TV and video player for the children should they need to zone out from the excitement of their holiday. Due to the age of this terraced cottage the front door is positioned on the road, although you do have the benefit of the internal porch, please take care when exiting the cottage although a slow village road you do walk out on to the road.
