This charming bungalow, painted blue and white, commands fabulous panoramic sea views over St Mawes harbour, the Percuil river and also towards St Anthony headland and the wide open sea beyond. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this is the holiday bungalow for all seasons! Inside, the spacious living-room has a large picture window with a wide window seat with comfortable cushions from which to enjoy the spectacular view at all times of the year. A five minute walk down the hill takes you to the heart of the lovely and fashionable seaside village of St Mawes with plenty of shops, galleries and a great choice of restaurants offering local produce and a warm welcome.

Outside, the paved terrace has a slate-topped table, generous wooden benches (barbecue and more garden furniture stored in the garage) for open-air living in the well-tended, mature garden. The master bedroom and the single room both have sea views, and comfortable beds from 'Loaf'; the twin room has antique 'Heal's' beds.
