A modern townhouse in the heart of Falmouth, located within a peaceful private marina, offering excellent accommodation and ideal for a family getaway. Set in Port Pendennis, a beautifully landscaped security-gated development of houses and apartments in Falmouth harbour, this is a wonderful location for exploring the town on foot. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall, shops and restaurants in Events Square and Falmouth are all just a flat stroll away.

Spread over three floors, there is plenty of space to spread out; Lamorna is the perfect base for a fabulous holiday. The open plan living space is a wonderful spot to relax together and enjoy spending time with one another; the well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need for a feast, but why not treat yourself to a nice meal out in one of the many eateries in Falmouth. The breakfast-bar is perfect for smaller parties or for part of the group to sit, alternatively if you want to sit together there is a side table which pulls out for either four or eight chairs for a fun filled group meal. Double doors open from the kitchen to a sheltered patio that catches the morning sun which is the ideal spot for your morning coffee and fresh croissant. The two large sofas comfortably accommodate eight people so you can snuggle down and watch your favourite film together (please be aware that the Smart TV does not have access to terrestrial channels, however streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime may be viewed - please bring your log in details with you).

The main bedroom dominates the first floor; this huge bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed and oceans of storage for all your outfits, it also boasts its very own sitting-room where you can enjoy a moment of peace and quiet, perhaps perch in the window seat and look out over the tranquil marina. Of course, the main bedroom has its own en suite shower-room too.

The second floor accommodates the further three bedrooms, they are all of a really comfortable size and with lovely outlooks. One of the bedrooms (bedroom three) also looks out over the marina and has a super-king bed which can also be made up as twins if preferred, the bunk room is ever so cosy and almost feels like you are aboard a boat and the last bedroom has a double bed. These three bedrooms share the shower-room on the top floor but fear not there is also a handy WC and separate utility-room on the ground floor.

Outside you have two terraces which catch the sun as it moves around, at the front of the house you have a terrace outside the kitchen which is perfect for those late and long brunches and as the sun tracks around enjoy a G&T in the sheltered courtyard. There are also lovely communal gardens to be enjoyed and parks nearby and of course not forgetting Castle beach and Gyllyngvase beach only a short stroll away, what more could you want.
