An inviting kitchen, equipped with everything you could need, is a fantastic place to cook up some holiday meals and when the sun is shining, throw open the French doors that lead out to your private garden. Once the hard work in the kitchen is complete, head into the separate dining-room with feature fireplace - Sunday roasts in here with the family will be a delight. Original features in the sitting-room add to the character of this cosy room, perfect for curling up in front of the fire.

Four spacious bedrooms occupy the first floor and all of them have stunning panoramic views of open countryside. At the top of the stairs, the staircase splits and to the left is the main bedroom, that shares a Jack and Jill style en suite with one of the twin bedrooms, making an ideal set up for a family. To the other side of the stairs, there are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) as well as a bright and modern shower-room. Lovely soft bed linen and ample hanging/storage space in every room ensure you of a comfortable stay.

The outside space at Park Farm Cottage is quite special and comprises of no less than a large, enclosed lawn garden with patio, an orchard with an abundance of fruit trees and two paddocks, totalling some three acres. Children and four-legged friends will delight in the space to discover here (please take care at the end of the garden where there is a slight drop to a lower level). If exploring sounds a little too energetic then perhaps you'll enjoy firing up the impressive barbecue on the patio. Either way, everyone is bound to love this peaceful, off-the-beaten-track setting.
