This beautifully situated pod has outstanding 180 degree views across Mount's Bay, running from the Lizard peninsula in the east, with majestic St Michael's Mount in the middle to Mousehole in the west. Coastal Gaze is a special retreat that you will want to return to time and time again. Wonderfully styled inside, every detail and item has been thoughtfully put together and provided.

The well-equipped kitchen area is complete with a cooker, microwave, fridge and kettle (cuppa, anyone?), and there is even a TV - ideal for cosy nights in. The cleverly-designed sofa converts to a double bed with ease and there is a comfy double bed at the back of the pod too. The under-floor heating will keep you toasty whatever the weather and there is, of course, a stylish en suite shower-room complete with hot and cold running water, flushing loo and heated towel rail.

But that's not all, outside you can snooze in the sun, dine al fresco on the deck, cook up a storm (or toast some marshmallows!) on the fire-pit barbecue until your heart's content. Also snuggled into this spacious meadow are Scenic Bay and Mount Lookout - Coastal Gaze is the middle of the three and each have their own private areas.

There is plenty to see and do nearby, if you can bear to tear yourselves away! If you are seeking adventure, why not try your hand at surfing - there are lots of renowned surfing beaches within easy reach, including Sennen Cove, Gwithian and Porthcurno, so you'll be spoilt for choice (these are great for bucket and spade days too!). Seeing as you will be spending so much time gazing at the stupendous view from your cosy retreat, it would be rude not to pay a visit to the star of the show, majestic St Michael's Mount. This really is a must-see - you can walk over to the Mount and explore the castle at low tide (or hop on a boat at high tide) - and there is a great beach there too.

If you want to get out and about by foot, the 'St Michael's Way' footpath is close by, leading to the ever-popular town of St Ives in one direction and the bustling seaside town of Penzance in the other (both well-worth a visit and easily reached by car too). If you're after some culture, the charming fishing village of Mousehole is close by or why not go and see a show at the incredible Minack Theatre. If you want to venture a little further afield, the Cathedral City of Truro is around a 40 minute drive away (perfect for a spot of retail therapy!) and a ferry sails daily from nearby Penzance to the idyllic Isles of Scilly.

Closer to home, the local pub, The White Hart, is less than half a mile away, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal after a day of exploring, and the wonderful Sculpture Gardens at Tremenheere, complete with lovely on site cafe, are well worth a visit.
