Lower Widdicombe Farm is a lovely large house with a perfect entertaining kitchen dinning room. The large garden is also great for families & perfect if you also bring your dog on holiday too. This is a lovely spacious house. Easy and practical for lots of people to come in from the wet or full of sand. An extremely well equipped and impressive-looking kitchen…not as efficient as it could be though, it can get a bit congested! Oddly, there’s only a small drinks fridge in the kitchen, a lovely big fridge freezer is in the next room. The sofas and chairs are lovely to look at but uncomfortably deep. Even the kids couldn’t sit in them for too long! A yellow alert for anyone with a dodgy back. Beds and bedrooms very comfortable, a couple of en-suites had tiny (but stylish!) wash basins. Heating throughout the house was excellent. Location was pretty, good for walking, reasonably close to food shops. We found Beesands a little underwhelming. No recycling available. 10 of us had a very relaxed and enjoyable week. ...
