Delightfully homely and impeccably presented; this old Cornish farmhouse is ideally located for exploring the Lizard peninsula's glorious beaches, breathtaking walks and the famous sailing waters of the Helford River.

A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and approached by a lane from the village of Newtown-in-St Martin, this lovely property is tucked away close to The Helford on a working farm. The owners, who live in the other self-contained half of the house, will make you very welcome.

The comfortable open plan living-room has an open fire in the sitting-area and double doors opening onto a big private patio and large enclosed lawned garden - where the trampoline and swings will keep children entertained for hours.

The owners take great care of their visitors, and guests are welcome to see the farm animals or watch the milking in the nearby outbuildings. They are also on hand to provide tips on local beaches, attractions and places to eat, and will make every effort to ensure that your holiday is a relaxing and happy one.
