And with the wonders of north Cornwall on your doorstep, this gorgeous escape is perfect for those unforgettable family holidays. Trust us, you won't want to leave…
Set in a small development, this stylish home is perfectly placed for embracing the magic of Port Isaac. A three-storey contemporary and spacious town house with reverse level living, Number 9 is a breath of fresh air, decorated in calming tones with cheerful splashes of colour throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautifully presented king-size bedroom with a fabulous en suite shower-room. There's also a family bathroom on this floor, so you certainly won't struggle with queues for the bathroom in the morning! Choose a good book and head to the very sweet snug room, a lovely spot to simply sit back and enjoy a few moments of peace and quiet. On the first floor, you will find the stunning main bedroom, decorated in coastal blues, with a sumptuous king-size bed and an en suite shower-room. The main bedroom also benefits from double doors leading out to the sheltered decking area; a lovely spot for a morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun goes down. You will also find a very sweet twin bedroom on this floor, also with its own en suite shower-room.
Head to the top floor to discover the oh so lovely open plan living area. With a large picture window and a Juliet balcony, perfect for letting in the fresh sea air and listening to the sounds of the sea, you will while away many hours simply gazing out at the views stretching out to the ocean. Pour a glass of wine and watch the world go by on a summer's evening, or if you're feeling energetic you could even walk towards the coast path and get front row seats to those unforgettable sunsets. Bliss! Enjoy fabulous dinners at the dining-table and a wonderful kitchen space to create such a feast - but with the amazing selection of restaurants on your doorstep, you might not even bother cooking at all…
One of thirteen homes in the private Castle Rock development, located in a commanding clifftop position, it also has its own allocated private parking space - a real bonus for Port Isaac - and additional parking for a second car (provided on a first come some first served basis).
Spend dreamy days exploring the cute streets of Port Isaac with its traditional Cornish cottages, fabulous restaurants, including Nathan Outlaw's, and a wonderful selection of shops and galleries to discover. This is a wonderful place to stay year-round, out-of-season we recommend wrapping up warm and embracing the change in weather; winter brings a certain magic perfect for exploring the rugged north Cornwall coastline. Port Gaverne is nearby for a refreshing coastal walk, and should you wish to head out for a day of adventures, we recommend heading to the gorgeous golden sands of Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Take the foot ferry over to Padstow where you can try out more delicious local food and hire a bike to cycle the wonderful Camel Trail over to Wadebridge and back.
