Rocksea is a stunning detached house located at Halwyn Meadows. A gorgeous collection of stylish homes inspired by the Cornish coast and countryside. This gorgeous retreat oozes style and comfort, think modern day beach house. Step through the front door into a very welcoming hallway, head into the dreamy sitting-room, sink into the cosy sofas and instantly switch off from the hustle and bustle of your busy lives.

The open plan kitchen/dining area is a light and sunny hub for holiday life. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to create a super foodie feast. Plan your days out, whilst gathering to enjoy delicious food, glass doors lead out onto the patio and can be opened wide on balmy summer nights if you fancy a spot of al fresco dining in the sunshine. The private south-facing garden space is laid to lawn, perfect for kiddies to play on and for your pooch to run around. A convenient cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor.

Climb the stairs and choose from three beautiful bedrooms each dressed to impress. The master bedroom offers an oasis of calm with a king-size bed and en suite shower-room. Bedrooms two and three are both blissfully calm in grey and cream hues, and the bed in the second room can be either a super-king or a twin, you choose! The contemporary family bathroom is also located on this floor, the lovely bath is perfect for soaking in and daydreaming after a long day exploring Cornwall. With a passion for style, Rocksea's owner has creatively blended this modern home with beautiful interiors.

Although close to bustling Newquay with its surfing vibe and fabulous beaches, Crantock feels like a different Cornwall, a reminder of when times were lived at a slower pace. The village has narrow little lanes and old stone cottages surrounded by beautiful gardens, a small village green and two ancient pubs, both serving the most delicious local dishes. Crantock beach is a short walk away and is one of Cornwall's most beautiful. Visit 'Cargo Coffee' an old army truck which has been cleverly converted into a unique pop up coffee shop on the beach, serving piping hot organic coffee, freshly made sandwiches, home-made cakes and luxury ice creams. Clifftop walks, surfing lessons and sand dunes teeming with wildlife are all within walking distance, and much of the surrounding land is managed by the National Trust with well-maintained footpaths and nature reserves to explore and beachside cafes offering tasty treats.

There is so much to do in north Cornwall with the area literally bursting with a wonderful choice of destinations and days out. A short drive away, the beaches of Perranporth, Watergate Bay and St Agnes are a must for surfers and paddlers alike. For those wishing to investigate Porth and Padstow, the choice of seaside shops, art galleries, tea rooms and pubs is immense. If you are a garden enthusiast, then the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a must!

Rocksea is just as perfect in the chillier months for windswept beach walks and hearty suppers as for those lazy sunny summer days enjoying paddling in the sea and barbecue's under the twinkling stars.
