Higher Rosevine Farm is an attractive collection of luxury barns that are situated around a central courtyard planted with olive trees and large Mediterranean pots giving a relaxed and comfortable summer vibe.

The three traditional stone barns have been sympathetically remodelled and upgraded to a high standard. Mimosa (4486), Sea Thrift (4485) and Samphire (4487) are surrounded by beautiful countryside on the unspoilt Roseland peninsula with its fantastic uncrowded beaches and amazing coastal walks, as well as safe waters for paddle boarding, canoeing and sailing.

Each barn has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail to create a refined holiday experience for individuals, couples and families. The barns can be rented individually or collectively for larger family or friend groups.

Mimosa, a two-storey barn, is the largest of the three barns with reversed accommodation; there are two en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious open plan living area and kitchen on the first floor, complete with Nespresso coffee machine and Roberts Radio with Bluetooth, which enjoys sea and country views over to Nare Head and Gull Rock. The living space is beautifully furnished with oak floors and stylish lighting, and adorned with interesting local artwork from recognised artists such as Nina Brook and Jo Painter. Warm and cosy, complete with comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove make this barn perfect for cosy evenings all year round. The sociable dining area can accommodate six to eight people around the farmhouse table so families staying at one of the other barns can join in memorable family holiday meals together. There is a small slate area at the top of the entrance stairs with outdoor garden furniture as well as an attractive small exclusive garden in front of the barn for sunbathing and eating outdoors. There are four adirondack chairs with leg rests for guests to enjoy the afternoon sun

Higher Rosevine Farm is situated in the exclusive hamlet of Rosevine on a country lane leading to Porthcurnick beach home of the iconic 'Hidden Hut' beach cafe which is a seven minute walk away. The Driftwood with its renowned restaurant is a short stroll away across the lane with Curgurrell Farm shop within easy walking distance for wonderful seafood (lobsters and crab) and fresh fish caught by their own fishing boat in Gerrans Bay, alongside a plentiful supply of local vegetables, fruit, meat and home-baked cakes.

Portscatho village is twenty minutes' walk away along the coastal path and is home to a general store, two galleries, the Plume of Feathers pub, the Boathouse restaurant/cafe, Tatams beach side cafe, the Tavola wood-fired pizza restaurant/takeaway owned by Simon Stallard the well-known chef who established his credentials at his Hidden Hut on Porthcurnick Beach, so you will not be short of different places to eat out.

St Mawes is a picturesque village a short drive away with a selection of fine hotels and restaurants (The Tresanton and Idle Rocks), pubs and informal dining at the Watch House and St Mawes Hotel. The St Mawes Ferry provides a regular ferry service to Falmouth with its Maritime Museum, port, shops and galleries which makes for a great day out. St Mawes can be accessed via the coastal path using the small Place Ferry from Place Manor to cross the attractive harbour or by car which takes 10 minutes.
