This gorgeous converted barn is in an acre of private garden and the property effortlessly fuses bespoke stylish interiors with original features. As soon as you drive into the cobbled courtyard of Tregye Farm you'll be blown away by the size and beauty of your holiday destination.
Step inside and you will find an abode like no other; a relaxing haven for multi-generational families or group of friends wanting to spend time together. It is also dog-friendly (four are most welcome) and there is oodles of space for them to run around.
Entering Tregye Farm you will find yourself in the large entrance hall and from here you can turn left, right or up the stairs to find the fabulous accommodation. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for any occasion, from fondue sets to a double range cooker, you will be able to eat like a king. There is a cosy snug at the end of the kitchen with a wood-burner where you can retire to after a delicious meal, or perhaps open the bi-fold doors that span this room in the warmer months. The main sitting-room overlooks the pond and decking-area which is the perfect place to relax.
There is the most incredible games-room with a pool table, bar, wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas; next door is a dart board making this end of the house the perfect entertaining space and perfect for all ages. If you fancy a bit of healthy competition there is a full-size tennis court in the grounds (tennis rackets provided) and a table-tennis table in the sheltered courtyard behind the kitchen.
There are seven gorgeous, unique bedrooms and five of them are en suite. The bedrooms are spread around the house to give everyone peace and quiet, the main bedroom has all the luxuries; a fabulous balcony with views over the garden, dressing-room and en suite bathroom. Through the games-room you will find a large bedroom with two double beds (to sleep two guests who can spread out in bed - perfect for teenagers). There is a dorm room on the first floor which children will love with bunk-beds and two single beds (which can be made into a king-size bed) - so much fun to be had.
Tregye Farm is set in a stunning south-facing garden; the main living spaces overlook the garden, large pond and decking (please take care with children). If you want some tranquility there is a summer-house tucked away behind the house where you can enjoy a chilled G&T looking at the far reaching views; there are many hidden areas to be discovered at this fabulous property.
Set in the perfect location down a quiet lane, you are only moments away from easy access for exploring Cornwall. Loe Beach is only a five minute drive, where you can launch boats, paddle boards or hire kayaks to explore the waters of the Carrick Roads. Perhaps hop on the King Harry Ferry and discover the Roseland with its dog-friendly beaches and make a visit to The Hidden Hut. The north coast and Falmouth are all within easy reach from Tregye Farm but you might not want to leave this stunning property. From the farm itself there are some wonderful walks including a woodland walk to Penpol Creek and on paths and tracks to Loe Beach.
