This contemporary detached house has stunning sea views throughout, where the gentle sounds of the sea will wash away your worries. Set on the edge of the pretty village of Coverack, and discovered down modern slate steps, through the front door you will find a little slice of heaven at The Sea House.

The reverse accommodation really makes the most of this stunning scene; the open plan living space on the first floor boasts floor to ceiling windows with an uninterrupted view of the sea, sink back into the sofa and let your worries float away. The double doors lead out from the living space to a fabulous balcony, perched up high where you can enjoy a glass of wine watching the swooping seagulls and the ever changing light on the water. The kitchen has a fabulous large worktop that also makes the most of the view, a welcome distraction when making your morning coffee.

Let the fresh sea air send you into a deep slumber at The Sea House; the twin bedroom and main bedroom both have simply stunning sea views. The main bedroom also boasts a wonderful en suite bathroom and a balcony where you can enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee before the day starts. The single bedroom is at the back of the property and is lovely and quiet. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor where you can wash away the sand and salt after a long day exploring this stunning coast.

The Sea House also has an additional patio which is accessed via the steps to the side of the house which is perfect for drying out those salty wetsuits or storing a paddle board or two.

The South West Coast Path is only a stone's throw from your doorstep where you can find hidden Mears Beach or Perprean Cove to the south, and the pretty village of Coverack to the north and less than a ten minute walk away. The village has everything you might need with two cafes, a village shop, restaurant and friendly pub all along the scenic main street.

The Lizard peninsula is easy to explore from Coverack with quintessential fishing villages and rugged coastlines to discover. With so much at The Sea House to be enjoyed all year round, you will want to keep returning time and time again.
