This lovely stone-built barn is set back from an unspoilt country lane just outside the harbourside village of Gerrans. One of just two recently renovated barns (Long Linhay (3142) is nearby) Hayloft is the perfect retreat for couples who love exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline and countryside. A stroll across two fields leads to the coastal footpath, with the picturesque fishing village and harbour of Portscatho and its village store, art galleries, coffee shops and pub just a 15 minute walk away. There are plenty of places to eat out, with The Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach, wonderful restaurants at The Rosevine and Driftwood hotels and fine dining at The Idle Rocks and Hotel Tresanton in the renowned sailing town of St Mawes.

Hayloft has reverse accommodation with attractive stone and slate steps leading up to the front door. The open plan living-room is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, traditional beams and lintels and a lovely reclaimed pine floor. The sitting-area has a deep leather sofa and TV/DVD player while the oak-built kitchen-area is fully equipped. Stairs lead down to the bedroom which has a king-size bed, slate-tiled floor and pale beams. The bathroom has a bath and a fitted shower above.
