The owners (and their friendly dogs Lucy and Betty) live in the farmhouse nearby, and keep various animals on their smallholding including ducks and chickens.
This delightful detached, single-storey retreat, a beautifully renovated former stable named after a pet Shetland pony, is ideal for a couple or small family. A shared lockable store shed at the front of the barn is ideal for the storage of bikes and beach gear. A welcoming wood-burner and central heating ensure the cottage is warm and cosy all year round.
On the other side of the driveway is a private patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors, and a south-facing meadow garden shared with the cottage next door.
