Olive Tree is an excellent holiday home, warm and welcoming, set in a quiet village yet with easy access to many beautiful beaches and interesting places to visit. We enjoyed time at Pencarrow House, Prideaux Place, Port Isaac, Padstow, Porthcothan Beach, Holywell Beach and Constantine Bay. Everything in the property is presented to a very high standard. The quiet location and the tranquillity of the property gave us the chance to relax and recharge after a busy day. The owners, Debbie and Paul, are so friendly and welcoming. Location of Olive Tree cottage is fabulous, gorgeous village with eateries and a shop. Close to Bodmin and Tintagel and some wonderful walks and beaches. Very friendly approachable hosts - they live next door so are on hand for any questions. The property is beautifully furnished and finished. We felt like we were staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a holiday let, just fabulous in every way. This is an outstanding property in every respect. Set in a small & charming village, tucked away & very peaceful. The level of cleanliness was exceptional , we really appreciated that, thank you Debbie. We felt welcome before we’d arrived as Debbie kindly gave us lot of information on things to do with our 3yrs & 5yrs granddaughters.Superb playground at the Football field down the road. There’s so much to see and explore in the area, we loved Port Issac, Tintagel , Boscastle, stunning beaches and Lanhydrock NT. Wonderful day out at the Hidden Valley for any age of children. The design and build of the property is exceptional, feels very private within the owners grounds. Everything is of the highest quality, beautiful beds, we slept so well.Fabulous walk in showers. The Smeg Range cooker was a delight to cook on in the very well stocked kitchens. Wow ! we really appreciated the huge fridge/freezer for our Sainsburys shop that was delivered . We’d like to thank the owners for providing such an exceptional property for our Autumn holiday, we loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. We’d definitely book it again ....

If you are looking for peace and quiet, but with the sea and facilities close by, then Olive Cottage is a perfect choice. We were travelling with a teenager and an elderly parent, and were delighted by the spacious, light, stylish accommodation all on one level. St Teath is a small village, but still has an excellent pub and café (only minutes by foot from the property, via the beautiful church). Beaches and rock pools all within easy reach by car. Lovely private patio and small garden at the back to sit in. Kind and friendly hosts greeted us on arrival and said goodbye. We loved it. ...
