Our third stay at Linhay Cottage in 28 months and we're already looking to book again in 2024! Quite simply - it really is a perfect place to escape and enjoy, relax and explore beautiful Porscatho itself and the Roseland Peninsula generally. The cottage is everything you could wish for, with a stunning view (over to Gull Rock and Nare Head) and great location (less than five minutes walk to Porthcurnick Beach). Fabulously equipped too, but very 'homely' and enjoyable (without needing to walk around on eggshells!). Spotlessly clean upon arrival with a great info folder for everything you need to know about the cottage itself and the broader area in general. Quite honestly, you can't go wrong here - the owners should be very proud of their lovely cottage. As I said, we've returned twice already and will look to do so again next year. ...

Our second stay at Linhay cottage and once again had a lovely week. Cottage is well equipped, comfortable and dog friendly, with a sea view and a wonderful beach 3 mins walk away down the hill (a bit longer on the way back!). In early spring the beach is mostly empty apart from the odd dog walker, and has the added benefit of the Hidden Hut for lunch some days in February. Good, helpful service from Classic Cottages and quick response from the housekeeping management team when needed. We’ll be back. ...
