La Miette is a modern first floor apartment located in the peaceful setting of Port Pendennis, a beautifully landscaped security-gated development of town houses and apartments set around a private marina full of yachts and a hive of activity on good sailing days.

Just a short level walk from the heart of the maritime town of Falmouth, famous for its watersports facilities, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Events Square are practically on the doorstep. There are quirky shops, galleries, bars and restaurants to explore and lovely sandy Gyllyngvase beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Water enthusiasts can hire surfboards, kayaks and dinghies locally while walkers can follow the coastal footpath around Pendennis Point towards the Helford valley and Lizard peninsula.

This warm and welcoming apartment has a Smart television in the sitting-room, and French doors onto a small balcony overlooking the attractively landscaped communal gardens. The large kitchen/diner is fully fitted with everything needed for easy holiday meals.

The two comfortable and cosy bedrooms share the well appointed family bathroom. La Miette makes an ideal base for exploring the immediate area, with ferries from the Prince of Wales Pier running to St Mawes, Flushing and the Cathedral City of Truro.

The sheltered creeks and sandy beaches of the Roseland peninsula can be reached via the delightful King Harry Ferry and the north coast surfing beaches are just half an hour away.
