Nestled in the beautiful village of Thurlestone you will find everything you need, from a good pub, village shop and Post Office all within walking distance and a tennis club, two golf courses and four fabulous sandy beaches only a short distance away.

5 Mill Barn is the perfect all year round retreat which both young and old will fall in love with. Whether it's a day on the beach, a day out rambling along the South West Coast Path, or perhaps a more relaxed day in your very own enclosed garden enjoying a barbecue and a good book, this fabulous semi-detached house offers you it all.

There really is so much to do in and around this magical area. Thurlestone itself is an exceptionally charming village which is relatively small in size, yet offers so much to visitors and residents alike. Boasting a 5 star hotel with leisure facilities, two golf courses and a tennis club, you can imagine how this charming village is a hub of entertainment and energy.

The nearby beaches are simply superb. Bantham beach is a must for the adrenaline junkies of the group as surfing off this beautiful beach is a must. However, if you seek a family day rock pooling and sandcastle building, the glorious Hope Cove is the perfect choice. Both beaches are very close by, along with many other quiet coves and beauty hot spots.

Walking and exploring is a must in this spectacular part of the world. Why not hop onto the South West Coast Path and prepare to be wowed in every direction. Winding your way along this distinctive and stunning coastline is such a magical experience.

Thurlestone village is only a 10 minute drive from fabulous towns and villages, Kingsbridge and Salcombe to name but two. Kingsbridge is a pretty market town which makes for a really charming day out. Littered with delis, cafes, restaurants and pubs, stopping for a snack and something refreshing to drink in between exploring this beautiful village is easy to do.

You also have the well-known sailing haven of Salcombe within a 15 minute car journey. Salcombe is one of Devon's top hot spots and is certainly worth a visit. Boasting numerous beaches, trendy boutiques and a vast selection of fabulous eateries perched on the waterside, a day out in this stunning town is a must.
