These are all rescue hens, so lucky to have been given a second home with loving owners.
The sheep have acres in which to graze happily.
The alpacas are happy to share fields with the hens and sheep.
The sheep are a mix of different breeds, all inquisitive and likely to come and say hello when you walk around the edge of their field.

Enjoying wonderful sea views, this delightful little property offers a tranquil escape from hectic lifestyles. Tucked away down a quiet track with only the owners as your neighbours (along with their chickens and alpacas) awaits your holiday destination.

Step through the front door and you are greeted by the cosy, seaside open plan living space that has been thoughtfully designed. Kick back and relax on the comfy sofa with the double patio doors wide open, letting the gentle sea breeze ebb and flow through the property. The view from the sitting area is such a treat looking out over your garden and to the sea beyond. The small but well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need on your holiday, you will be warmly greeted by the owners homemade bread and jam along with their chickens eggs too, what a treat.

Open-tread stairs lead to the bedroom tucked into the eaves, where the low-level bed and Juliet balcony look out across the garden to views of sheep and alpacas peacefully grazing (please watch your head on the ceiling). The shower room is on the ground floor which is perfect for washing out those salty locks after a day on the coast path.

Outside you are spoilt for space with a huge garden with beautiful flora and fauna and far reaching sea views along with a pretty pond with a tranquil trickling stream. With so much space on offer there are plenty of places to sit and relax, there is a sheltered deck outside the property and a further little nook where you can tuck out of the wind and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we get on this coast. After a day spent exploring, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the owners' hot tub.

The Summer House is well located for exploring the magnificent north coast beaches and coastal walks. Perranporth beach has three miles of golden sands and is ideal for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle boarding, as well as walks among the sand dunes enjoying the fresh sea air and soaking up the view.

The vibrant village of St Agnes, with its restaurants, pubs and independent shops is just a short drive away, with beaches at Trevaunance Cove, Chapel Porth and Porthtowan all beckoning. You have so many beautiful beaches all at your fingertips and are spoilt for choice, you might just have to come back and explore a little more.

This is a wonderful spot for outdoor adventurers but if you'd rather put your feet up and relax, The Summer House is the perfect place to do so.
