Bos Arvorek means ‘coastal home’ which this traditional, detached, former hay barn certainly is! Found down a narrow, granite-walled road in the hamlet of Boscaswell, the cottage is separated from the sea by just a couple of fields.

The property, with sea views from nearly every window, has a separate enclosed parking-area across from the house where you will also find the picnic table and barbecue.

The accommodation is partially reversed with the comfortable sitting/dining-room on the first floor. Many original features have been retained. Downstairs, the kitchen is adjacent to the charming bedroom and bathroom which boasts a roll-top bath.

As the coastal path is right on your doorstep this cottage is ideal for walkers, and is sure to provide a wonderful retreat.

Fancy a day on the beach learning to surf or just build sandcastles and eat ice creams? You are truly spoilt for choice in west Cornwall. Sennen Cove with its glorious surfing beach and Porthcurno, a stunning cove where you can also take in a trip to the world famous Minack Theatre and watch an open-air show are around 20/25 minutes away.

Marazion is a little further but also has a fabulous sandy beach overlooking the famous St Michael's Mount. Whilst there why not treat yourself to a cream tea on the terrace at the popular Godolphin Arms, don't forget jam first - you are in Cornwall after all!
