Very comfortable, pretty cottage, which has been painstakingly restored by the owners. Based in a good location for exploring South Hams and Dartmoor, and near a pretty part of the river Avon, close to Lydia Bridge within an easy short riverside walk to South Brent. Out hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated our lovely cake on our arrival....

Highly recommend, such a wonderful place and property. We had such a great stay, which despite being two weeks long our hosts were very accommodating/thoughtful throughout.
