Situated just a few steps from the beach, this ground floor apartment makes the most of its location with both the sitting-room and kitchen/diner to the front boasting wonderful sea views. 4 Landfall House is on the outskirts of Seaview within a 15 minute, level walk along the promenade into the village. This stretch of beach, which also incorporates Hersey Nature Reserve, has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The beach is a combination of pebbles and sand, with clear shallow waters making it ideal for swimming. Along at Seaview village The Old Fort and the Seaview Hotel are great family friendly places to dine out.

The apartment has been recently refurbished throughout and has a deceptively spacious feel. The kitchen/diner has a large picture window so you can dine gazing out to sea, wonderfully therapeutic at any time of the year. There are three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a bunk room, all beautifully decorated. A large modern shower-room is at the end of the corridor to the rear of the apartment.

There is a private patio with outdoor seating to the front of the building; the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves in front of you, a good way to start the day. There is no designated parking for 4 Landfall House, however the stretch of road outside has unrestricted parking all year around.

The Old Boat House pub is a few minutes’ walk in the direction of Ryde. Offering a large outdoor seating-area overlooking the sea and a cosy interior with a wood-burner, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, whatever the weather. The seafront promenade carries on all the way into Ryde, passing several beach cafes and a large children’s playground, plenty of places to stop off for an ice cream! The beaches of Ryde offer miles and miles of sandy shores, a popular spot for beach and water sports, and beach barbecues long into the summer evenings.
